We usually capture anywhere from 500-1000 images per hour between two photographers. If you choose a package with a single photographer, you can expect 250-500 images per hour.

When choosing a package with two photographers, you’ll recieve a nice mix of images from two different perspectives which include group poses, candid, close-up and wide angle shots. Translating to an abundance of memorable moments which can be relived for a lifetime.

All event images will be uploaded to our dedicated cloud network.

PACKAGES W/ UNEDITED EVENT IMAGES

Within 3 business days you’ll recieve a downloadable link to all your unedited event images. Depending on the package you choose, you’ll view and select a certain number of images for professional or standard retouching. Your selected images will then be polished for optimum results. We will make sure that you look your best!

PACKAGES W/ EDITED EVENT IMAGES

Within 3 business days you’ll recieve a link to all your event images. The event images will be unedited and watermarked. Depending on the package you choose, you’ll view and select 5+ images for professional or standard retouching.

Meanwhile, we will process all unedited event images into edited format which can take upto 15 business days. The watermark will be removed during this process. Once we recieve your selections for professional or standard editing, your selected images will then be polished for optimum results. We will make sure that you look your best! Upon completion, we will delivery all edited event images along with your professional or standard edits via a USB stick.

Depending on the package you choose, you wil either receive professional edited images or standard edited images.

PROFESSIONAL EDITING PROCESS

Our professional editing process includes cropping, geometry corrections, lighting corrections, white balance corrections, color corrections, backdrop corrections, wardrobe wrinkle corrections, eye enhancements, teeth whitening extensive skin retouching including healing, mattifier, skin volume correctioons, skin tone balancing, dodging & burning, flyaway hair removal, headswaps, face swaps, eye swaps, body part swaps, weight reduction, eye direction correction, object/people removal, object placements, and any special requests made by the client (ex. skin burn removal, tattoo removal, etc.) Company watermark will be removed.

STANDARD EDITING PROCESS

Our standard editing process includes cropping, geometry correction, lighting corrections, white balance corrections, color corrections, backdrop corrections, wardrobe wrinkle corrections, eye enhancements, teeth whitening and extensive skin retouching including healing, mattifier, skin volume correctioons, skin tone balancing, dodging & burning. Company watermark will be removed.

Depending on your selected package, your professional or standard edited images will be delivered together with all your event images. Delivery method will include one USB stick and delivered to either a convenient drop-off location or Canada Post standard mail.

Additionally, you’ll recieve a link to our dedicated cloud gallery where you can download your final high-res professional or standard edits to any smart device.

STANDARD EDITS & UNEDITED JPEG IMAGES:

All unedited event images: 3 business days.

Standard edits (5 images per hour): 1-2 business days immediately after you submit your select images for standard editing. The turnaround time is stacked for every 5 images per hour. For example, 2 hours of coverage = 10 standard edited images = 2 to 4 business day turnaround time.

PRO-EDITS + EDITED JPEG IMAGES

All edited event images: 10-15 business days.

Professional edits (5 images per hour): 3-5 business days immediately after you submit your select images for professional editing. The turnaround time is stacked for every 5 images per hour. For example, 2 hours of coverage = 10 professional edited images = 6 to 10 business day turnaround time.
